Data Advantage was founded by Zack Mazzoncini & Michael Grimm in 2022. After successfully building and selling their data consultancy Decisive Data to Calligo in 2021, they saw firsthand how strategic AI implementation could transform businesses and create significant value.

Co-Founder
A communications expert & entrepreneur, Zack lives in Seattle WA with his wife and three boys. Zack specializes in helping companies transform their data into valuable assets and stories. Prior to Data Advantage, Zack was a co-founder & longtime executive at Decisive Data (f. 2008, acquired by Calligo in 2021). He has a B.A. from the University of Washington in Speech Communications, Rhetoric and Public Speaking.
Co-Founder
A technologist & entrepreneur, Michael lives in Redmond WA with his wife and three boys. Michael specializes in bridging the gap between business strategy & the practical realities of data initiatives. Prior to Data Advantage, Michael was a co-founder & longtime executive at Decisive Data (f. 2008, acquired by Calligo in 2021). He has a B.A. from the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business.
